Your Time To Drive, Inc. (“Your Time To Drive,” “YTTD,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates yourtimetodrive.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we give it to, and the choices you have.
The most important thing to understand: Your Time To Drive is a lead generation and matching service. We are not a lender, a dealer, or a broker, and we do not make credit decisions. When you submit an application, we provide your information to dealers and lenders in our partner network, and we are paid for doing so. That is our business model. If you are not comfortable with your information being shared this way, please do not submit the application.
Our application form is operated for us by our service provider, Integrity Leads, which processes your application on our behalf. The Privacy Policy & Terms linked on the form describe how Integrity Leads handles the information it processes for us.

2. How We Use Your Information
- To match you with dealers, lenders, and financing partners
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud
- To contact you about your application by phone, text message, and email, with your consent
- To keep records of your consent and credit authorization, as required by law
- To measure our advertising and to limit the ads shown to people who have already applied
- To improve our website
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
We do not use your application information to target you with ads. We use it only to measure our ads and to stop showing them to people who have already applied.
3. Credit Inquiries
When you check the consent box on the application and click “Submit,” you authorize Your Time To Drive and its affiliated partners to perform a hard credit inquiry to process your financing request. A hard inquiry may temporarily affect your credit score. The dealers and lenders you are matched with may also run their own inquiries under their own policies. We do not make credit decisions, and we do not guarantee that you will be approved or offered any particular vehicle, rate, or term.
You can get a free copy of your credit report at AnnualCreditReport.com. A summary of your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act is available from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov.
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We share the categories of information described in Section 1 with:
- Dealers and lenders in our partner network, to help you finance a vehicle. They use your information under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers that work on our behalf, including our application form provider (Integrity Leads), website hosting, workflow automation, email delivery, and lead management
- Advertising and measurement platforms, such as Google. We may share limited information, such as a one-way hashed (encrypted) email address or phone number, to measure how our ads perform and to avoid showing you ads for services you have already applied for. These platforms process this information on our behalf.
- Consumer reporting agencies, as permitted by law
- Legal recipients, in response to subpoenas, court orders, or lawful requests, and in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets
We sell and share personal information as those terms are defined under California and other state privacy laws. In the preceding 12 months, we disclosed the categories of information listed in Section 1 to dealers and lenders in our partner network for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
5. Cookies, Advertising, and Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads tags delivered through Google Tag Manager, for analytics, advertising, and attribution. When you submit an application, our Google Ads conversion tags may send a hashed version of your email address and phone number to Google so that we can measure which ads lead to applications.
Customer lists. We may upload a hashed version of your email address and phone number to Google. The information is hashed with SHA-256 before it leaves our systems. Google uses it only to match it to Google accounts, so that we can measure our ads and stop showing our ads, and ads for our related brands, to people who have already applied. These lists are kept for no longer than 90 days.
Your choices. You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can manage Google’s ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com. You can also use the industry opt-out pages at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. To ask us to stop including your information in advertising lists, email [email protected].
6. Your Privacy Rights, Including California Rights

7. Your Consent to Be Contacted
When you check the consent box on the application and click “Submit,” you agree to receive communications from Your Time To Drive and its affiliated partners at the contact information you provide. These include phone calls, text messages, emails, and prerecorded messages, and may use automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of financing.
To revoke consent, reply STOP to any text message, tell any caller to stop contacting you, email [email protected], or submit an erasure request. Revocation applies to Your Time To Drive. Partners you have already been matched with must be contacted separately to stop their communications.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and the measures required of financial institutions under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Safeguards Rule. Your Social Security number or ITIN is sent directly to the dealers and lenders processing your application and is not stored in our form systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your application information for no more than 90 days after you submit it, and then delete it. Records of your consent and of any privacy requests are kept for up to 3 years to show that we followed the law, using hashed identifiers rather than your plain-text information. Hashed contact information used in advertising lists is kept for no longer than 90 days. Dealers and lenders who receive your application keep it under their own policies and applicable law.
10. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
